Accounting Specialist (Part-Time)


The Accounting Specialist is responsible for all areas of financial accounting, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Experience with general ledger and accounting software is a must. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail and follow-through. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor who enjoys frequent interaction with O+A employees, clients, and vendors. This is a 30-hour per week (part-time) position.

Senior Designer


This is a senior position, requiring at least 8+ years of experience working at an interior design, architecture, or related design firm. Senior Designers develop and execute appropriate design solutions for projects under the direction of the Principals and Directors; they must have the ability to lead project design teams and delegate work in a timely and constructive manner. Senior Designers have a thorough understanding of the firm’s design philosophy; they provide major input in developing a design concept and can effectively convey this to both assigned team members and clients.

Senior Designers must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Senior Project Manager


This is a senior position, requiring at least 8+ years of experience working at an interior design, architecture, or related design firm. Senior Project Managers manage large-scale accounts and are responsible for the execution of project design solutions under the direction of the Principals; they must have the ability to lead project design teams and delegate work in a timely and constructive manner.

Senior Project Managers have a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and project scope as well as the firm at large; they are responsible for project schedules and budgets and can effectively convey this to both assigned team members and clients. Senior Project Managers must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Project Managers will work on larger, more complex design projects in a support capacity but may also serve as the lead on small to medium-sized projects.

Given this variety, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks is key. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Project Managers must possess good collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple consultants, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Senior Project Architect

This is an intermediate to senior technical position, requiring 5-8 years of experience in an interior design, architecture, or related design firm with at least three years of professional experience in developing technical design aspects related to project delivery.

Project Architects have a detailed knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, and building codes. This position collaborates with the project team, providing technical design input and support for the development of the entire design concept. Project Architects must be licensed, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as expert knowledge of construction documentation.
