O+A designs work environments, which means our own is an ever-changing lab. We’re serious about the future of work, how design can be a tool for good, and who should get to sit by the window (answer: everybody). Serious, yeah, but not too serious. It turns out workplace design is hilarious. In addition to some of the most innovative offices you’ve ever seen, O+A does pop-ups, furniture, graphic art, books, movies, lectures. We’ve been at it for 30 years. Right now, we’re intensely focused on having a positive impact on the climate crisis. Our people are inventive, playful, and energetic.
