Join the O+A Team

O+A designs work environments, which means our own is an ever-changing lab. We’re serious about the future of work, how design can be a tool for good, and who should get to sit by the window. (Answer: everybody). Serious, yeah, but not too serious. It turns out workplace design is hilarious. In addition to some of the most innovative offices you’ve ever seen, O+A does pop-ups, furniture, graphic art, books, movies, lectures. We’ve been at it for 30 years. Right now we’re intensely focused on having a positive impact on the climate crisis. Our people are inventive, playful, and energetic.

If you think you might like to sit by our windows, please submit your resume and portfolio with the specific job title in the subject line to jobs@o-plus-a.com. Thank you for your interest in O+A.
